Linda Filby established her legal practice in Brighton in 1995.  The practice now specialises in dealing with criminal defence in Magistrates' Courts and Crown Courts in Sussex in a wide range of cases for young people and adults.  Linda understands that at times when your liberty or even your driving licence may be at risk you need practical help and compassionate understanding to deal with the problem from arrest to conclusion at Court if you are charged with an offence.
